This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Lyon is a mix of comfort and design. It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy.

All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).

The flatshare is ideally located in the "Jet d'Eau" neighborhood, in the centre of Lyon. Several restaurants, shops, public transports are at your disposal near at hand. The apartment is on floor #1 , with elevator. It is entirely furnished and includes a large kitchen with refrigerator, crockery, microwave, kitchen ustensils, pans, kettle, toaster… The accommodation also contains an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine, a clothes rack.
Additionally, you will find cleaning items directly in the apartment: dustpan and brush, mop and bucket, bagless hoover, broom… Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: unlimited wi-fi, condominium fees, housing insurance, water, household waste tax, electricity.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

The Jet d’Eau neighbourhood, in the 8th arrondissement of Lyon, is divided in two by Avenue Berthelot and its many small businesses, and thanks to the tramway you will reach the Quais du Rh?ne directly! Here, where this colourful all-inclusive flatshare is located, you will also find the Blandan park, a living and breathing green space at the heart of the 3rd, 7th and 8th arrondissements. Inside this several-acre park there are diverse attractions such as a 1700 m2 skatepark, sports fields (basketball, football, ping-pong…) and events are organised all year round (Hip Hop Festival, concerts, shows…). Just minutes from the Jet d’Eau tram stop stands the Marguerite Duras multimedia library, dominating the square with its 5 floors and a fa?ade made almost entirely from glass. The library consists of many work spaces, computing services and renovated reading rooms… In the evening, students and young professionals meet for a drink in the barges on the Rh?ne or at the Bowling Star, the biggest bowling alley of the region, which houses a billiards hall, cocktail bar, bowling lanes, dance classes and many more!

d'allocations familiales is a free public service eligible for all,
including foreigners and can help you financially to pay part of your
housing according to your situation whether you are French or foreign. To
find out the potential amount of your assistance, go to the CAF website and
complete the online APL (housing assistance) estimate.

Service fee : from 290€
The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.
